    About the role

    You are an experienced Product Marketer with a passion for business to business SaaS and its impact. You will be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand, educate customers and partners, drive lead acquisition and boost sales.

    You are a creative, self-motivated and autonomous thinker that loves the challenge of building new categories and positioning products to technical and business audiences that are truly innovative.

    You are familiar with various product marketing strategies and techniques, from messaging and positioning to customer discovery, product-led-growth model and pricing and packaging strategies.

    How you will make an impact

    • Lead the Product Marketing practice within the Growth team at Operata
    • Study and become an expert in Operata products
    • Articulate key value propositions and translate technical details into benefits for the user
    • Follow and analyze market trends to position products.
    • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching).
    • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (web, landing pages, ad campaigns, collateral).
    • Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to ideate and implement go-to-market plans
    • Lead and coordinate product launches, release and regular product bulletins.
    • Develop product marketing, messaging and positioning for core assets, growth programs and experiments.
    • Support lead development, activation and retention by owning product marketing via email, in-product and supporting content.
    • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
    • Develop sales enablement and partner enablement assets as part of the go-to-market.


    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager in business to business SaaS.
    • Background in design and copywriting is a plus
    • Experience in market analysis and segmentation
    • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
    • Excellent communication skills, keen eye for detail, creativity
    • Bachelor or Masters level university qualifications in Marketing, Business or a similar equivalent background.
    • 3-5 years experience in a tech company (preferably SaaS, enterprise SaaS) in product marketing.
    • Data-driven, analytical thinker who can quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
    • A flexible approach and willingness to dive into marketing solutions across the business as needed.
    • Experience in platform partner Go-To-Markets an advantage.
    • Experience using Marketing platforms knowledge of Hubspot an advantage.
    • Promote openness, diversity of opinions and inclusive discussions at all times to evaluate a wide variety of ideas and perspectives in solving challenging problems.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from founders and executives across the breadth and depth of the business.
